  1. Pour wet ingredients into dry ones; stir gently until just combined (lumps are fine).
  1. Transfer batter to the prepped pan, spreading evenly.
  1. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden. A toothpick in the center should come out with a few crumbs.
  1. Cool 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
