Quick Cinnamon Roll Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • Dough: 3 cups flour, 2 tsp yeast, 1 tsp salt, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 cup warm milk, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 egg
  • Filling: ¼ cup softened butter, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • Glaze: ½ cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp milk, ¼ tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. Mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Add milk, butter, and egg; stir to form dough.
  1. Knead 5 minutes, then rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour (until doubled).
  1. Roll dough into a 10x14-inch rectangle. Spread filling evenly.
  1. Roll into a log, slice into 8 pieces, and place in a greased loaf pan.
  1. Rise 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  1. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm bread.
